Understanding your needs
We clarify the goal, audience, current way of working and desired outcome—even when all you have at first is a loose concept.
I am 32 and have been designing websites and applications for several years now.
Over time, I also developed a knack for graphic design and putting ideas into words.
As a child, I was told that I had a vivid imagination.
I hope that, after seeing the content on this website, you will agree ;-)
FAK.expert is a design-and-technology brand that I am building.
It was not created to impersonate another large agency, but to deliver practical solutions and build genuine partnerships with people who want to grow their businesses.
I gained most of my experience by building other people's projects and futures. It was a valuable lesson in craft, responsibility and working under pressure. Over time, however, a question emerged: if I can help other people develop their ideas, why should I not build something of my own?
The turning point was an idea I remembered from reading Robert Kiyosaki: why keep climbing someone else's ladder when you can have one of your own?
Everything has its price, and every cause produces an effect. Freedom means responsibility.
When I tell my own story, I use the singular.
When I talk about the business as a whole and the projects we deliver,
“we” appears.
This is neither narrative split personality nor an attempt to populate the company with an imaginary team of specialists.
The reason is much more down-to-earth:
no mortal is the Alpha and Omega. Depending on the project, I work with freelancers and specialists in fields that I do not claim to master. Conversely, when the workload is high, it can be more sensible to delegate simpler tasks to subcontractors.
Responsibility for the concept, communication and consistency of the delivery does not disappear into a chain of intermediaries. You still know who you are speaking to and who makes sure that every element forms one coherent whole.
FAK.expert is not a corporation full of multi-level procedures, departments and meetings arranged merely to schedule the next meeting.
When a quick response is needed, you will not hear „the number you are trying to reach...” just because the clock has struck 3:01 p.m.
Of all the corporate jargon, there is really only one mode we accept:
FAK.expert is a small, ambitious and growing brand built by real people for real people. We want to understand the goal, speak openly about possibilities and limitations, and create solutions that work towards your success.
I do not start by choosing a fashionable tool. First, we establish what you want to achieve, who the solution is meant to serve and how it should support day-to-day work.
We clarify the goal, audience, current way of working and desired outcome—even when all you have at first is a loose concept.
Before full implementation begins, you will see the structure, screens or a demo, so you know exactly what is being built.
We set out the scope, third-party fees and possible development stages before work starts—not in the fine print afterwards.
A simple solution is not inferior when it meets the need well. Technology should help, not impress with the number of modules.
The architecture should allow new features to be added when there is a genuine business case for them.
A client is not merely another job number. It is closer to a sharikah—a partnership: you have direct contact with the person responsible for the project and can count on support after launch as well.
My most important skill is not mastering one program, but combining many elements into a solution that is clear, coherent and useful.
If a simpler option achieves the goal, I do not add modules merely to increase the price.
SEO builds visibility, but no honest provider can guarantee a specific search ranking.
Sometimes a rule, a form or well-designed automation is enough. Artificial intelligence is not a mandatory topping.
Hosting, licences, messaging providers and external systems have their own costs—I show them separately.
When the scope requires a specialist, I say so openly and bring in the right person for the task.
Mr John and Ms Hanna do not need to disappear from their roles simply because a new tool exists. First, we check whether the change will genuinely improve the work.
Once the solution goes live, we do not delete the client's number or block them on social media. The end of one journey is the start of another—a shared one. Throughout that journey, we remain available, support you after implementation and respond promptly when real-world use reveals something that can be improved.
When you later need another feature, an integration, marketing materials or the next stage of development, you do not have to seek help in five different places and explain everything from the beginning each time. You already have a trusted partner who knows the project inside out, making further delivery smoother and its development more stable.
Business is built on relationships and trust, not half-dead contact lists.
Tell us about your concept, your need or something that is not working as it should.
The first conversation is a diagnosis of the situation—not open-heart surgery.
