SOLUTIONS TAILORED TO YOUR GOALS

Services

You do not need a hundred theories. One concrete answer is enough.

We do not sell ready-made packages with a “personalisation” option.
Every project is a complete process built around
your individual needs.
We build—from a digital business card to an automated platform.
We reshape—the website, its offer and even the brand.
And sometimes teaching someone to fish is better than handing over a fish: practical training that leaves the knowledge and tools within your company.

01

Let’s match the solution to the need

You do not need to arrive with a precisely diagnosed problem.Simply tell us what currently takes too much time, limits sales, complicates customer service or does not work as it should.Naming the technology and designing the solution is our part of the job.

VISIBILITY AND SALES

You want to generate more high-quality enquiries

We can combine business website design, content, visual identity, SEO and advertising so that customers who encounter your offer clearly understand what it provides.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bookings and enquiries require too many phone calls

A form, calendar, payment system, customer portal and automatic notifications can take over the repetitive part of customer service.

TEAM WORKFLOW

Data and tasks are scattered across several tools

We design dashboards and applications that organise jobs, statuses, schedules and communication between employees.

AUTOMATION

Repetitive tasks consume hours every week

We connect systems and build bridges that transfer data, delegate tasks, generate documents and send the right alerts.

BRAND AND COMMUNICATION

The company looks or communicates inconsistently

We organise the visual identity, brand language, promotional materials and marketing activities so that every touchpoint builds the same image of the company.

SKILLS

You want to use new technologies in everyday work

We deliver practical AI training for businesses and workshops on working with leading models such as ChatGPT and Claude, automation and new technologies, focused on the tasks participants actually perform.

02

Building blocks you can add to grow revenue

Sometimes one element is enough; sometimes the right result only comes from several modules working together. We propose only what makes sense and brings real benefits—not what happens to be fashionable.

Websites and online platforms01

We design websites for businesses—from simple brochure sites and landing pages to advanced online platforms with bookings, payments, content management and forms guiding users towards a specific decision.

The simplest version is enough, when the offer is stable and the website mainly needs to build credibility and make contact easier. We add features when the website must also support a specific process.

  • business and sales websites
  • landing pages and service websites
  • booking systems and quotation forms
  • blog, admin panel and language versions
  • content, analytics and SEO preparation
Web and mobile applications02

We create custom web and mobile applications for customers, employees and administrators: available in a browser or installed on a phone, depending on the need.

User accounts and a database make sense, when the system must retain history, permissions, documents, bookings or data assigned to a specific person. We do not require users to sign in merely to submit a simple form.

  • custom software and B2B and B2C platforms
  • customer, employee and administrator portals
  • job, schedule and status management systems
  • user accounts, payments and activity history
  • geolocation and push notifications
Marketing and brand development03

Marketing services for businesses do not end with attractive graphics. We combine brand language, visual identity, content, digital marketing and advertising campaigns into one coherent message.

Marketing does not have to mean a permanent campaign. Sometimes the greatest improvement comes from clarifying the offer, brand language, contact journey and materials the business already has.

  • visual identity and promotional materials
  • website, landing page and social media content
  • digital marketing, advertising campaigns and launch promotions
  • SEO, content architecture and publishing plan
  • analytics and activity optimisation
Automation and integrations04

We design API integrations and process automations between forms, applications, admin panels, CRM, ERP and external services, so information does not have to be copied manually.

We organise the process first. Automating chaos does not remove it—it simply makes the disorder move faster.

Payments and invoices are separate workflows. A payment gateway handles the transaction; a structured invoice is prepared and submitted to KSeF by invoicing or accounting software, an ERP system or a dedicated application module.

  • CRM, ERP, KSeF, calendars, payments and email
  • email, SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram notifications
  • automatic creation of tasks and reports
  • data flows between systems
  • responsible use of AI where it provides real value
Practical training05

We provide training in AI and modern technologies. One day of training will not put your work on permanent autopilot. It will, however, show you how to simplify everyday tasks and safely use generative AI, automation and no-code solutions.

The scope is based on participants’ real tasks, not on an impressive demonstration of tools that nobody will use afterwards.

  • Offices and administration: correspondence, documents, summaries and spreadsheet work
  • Sales and marketing: research, proposals, content variants and organising notes
  • Services and field work: reports, checklists, documentation and task planning
  • Management: information synthesis, procedures and preparation of decision-making materials

Technology is not an end in itself. We do not train teams to replace John or Hannah at any cost. Sometimes the best conclusion is that a person was exactly where they should be—and the new tool should simply remove the boring, repetitive part of their work.

03

From brochure site to platform. What actually changes the scope?

The three options shown in the pricing section are not sealed boxes. They describe three different levels of responsibility for a website: From presenting information, through handling simple processes, to automated work with data and user accounts.

BROCHURE WEBSITE

Enough when the website mainly needs to present the business

It is a sensible choice when the offer changes rarely, customers need information and an easy way to get in touch, and enquiries are handled directly after the form is submitted.

  • description of services and business advantages
  • contact details and a form
  • consistent identity and foundations for visibility
ONLINE PLATFORM OR APPLICATION

Required when users perform their own operations in the system

This level begins when the project includes sign-in, activity history, payments, individual data, staff roles or a process requiring automated decisions.

  • accounts, permissions and a database
  • payments, integrations and custom logic
  • automation, reports and ongoing development
COMMONLY MISUNDERSTOOD COMPONENTS

What do the labels in the pricing tables actually mean?

These features can change both what the project can do and how much it costs to build and maintain. That is why we add them only when they solve a specific problem.

01

Admin panel

It lets you update content and manage bookings, orders, users or statuses independently. It makes sense when you or an employee will perform these tasks regularly. For a website updated twice a year, an advanced panel may be an unnecessary cost.

02

Database and user accounts

A database is needed when the system must retain history, profiles, documents, bookings, points, statuses or permissions. A customer account is worth creating only when it provides lasting value. Mandatory sign-in for a simple form merely adds friction and increases responsibility for data security.

03

Online bookings and payments

An automated mechanism works where dates, resources, prices and rules can be clearly defined. When every job requires a conversation, inspection or individual calculation, an intelligent quotation form is a better solution.

04

Basic and advanced SEO

Basic SEO organises the foundations: headings, page titles and descriptions, alternative text, internal linking, technical SEO, mobile experience, performance and preparation for indexing.
Advanced SEO services support organic visibility through search-intent analysis, content architecture, local SEO where justified, page copy, structured data, analytics and optimisation for traditional search engines and AI Search (AEO/GEO). The goal is steady improvement in visibility on Google and other search engines—not a magical guarantee of first place.

05

Analytics and newsletters

Analytics should answer business questions: where visitors come from, which content leads to contact and where people abandon the process. A newsletter makes sense when the company has something useful to communicate regularly and can obtain consent lawfully. An empty mailing list is not a strategy.

06

Automation and AI

Frequent, repeatable processes based on clear rules benefit the most. If a procedure is chaotic or every case requires human judgement, we simplify it first. AI can support classification, summaries and drafting, but relationships, responsibility and final decisions should remain human.

07

Payment gateways and KSeF invoice generation

Poland-specific note: this section concerns businesses operating in Poland.

A payment gateway does not issue an invoice or submit it to KSeF. The document in the FA(3) structure is created, and communication with the KSeF API is handled, by invoicing or accounting software, an ERP system or a dedicated application module. A payment provider may—if it supports the Cashless Payment Standard for e-Invoices—generate a unique payment link and an IPKSeF identifier. The software retrieves this data, places it in the invoice XML file and only then submits the document to KSeF. Once the invoice is received, a compatible system used by the customer can display a link to BLIK, an instant bank transfer, a card payment or another method offered by the provider, while IPKSeF helps match the payment to the correct invoice. This feature therefore needs to be designed at the ERP or application level; connecting a payment gateway alone is not enough.

04

One solution can have several layers

A website, application and marketing do not have to exist separately.A well-planned project combines them into one coherent process, but only to the extent that makes business sense.

Launching a new brand

Naming and communication, visual identity, a website, core content and materials for the first campaign.

Digital customer service

A platform or application, bookings, payments, a customer portal, CRM and automatic confirmations.

A system for the team

An admin panel, employee accounts, schedules, job statuses, reports and notifications.

Developing an existing solution

An audit, UX improvements, new features, integrations, automation and support with communication and promotion.

05

What you actually receive

You are not paying only for a screen or a piece of code. You receive a structured process, design decisions and a solution prepared for use and further development.

  1. 01

    Needs discovery

A conversation about goals, users, the current process and constraints.

  2. 02

    Proposed scope

A recommended solution, stages, optional elements and an initial cost outline.

  3. 03

    Presentation or demo

Visuals of key screens or a partially functional prototype of the solution.

  4. 04

    Complete delivery

Design, implementation, content and integrations in line with the approved scope.

  5. 05

    Testing and handover

Functionality checks, instructions, access credentials and organised project materials.

  6. 06

    Post-launch support

Support during implementation and the option to develop the solution further.

PRICING WITHOUT GUESSWORK

Agree the scope first. Then decide.

You are not buying a random set of tired templates.
First we discuss the project, identify the solutions best suited to your case and present an initial cost outline.
Only after you approve the arrangements do we prepare the presentation and begin the actual delivery.

The first conversation is free and carries no obligation.

Costs are influenced by, among other things:

  • number of views, pages and language versions
  • degree of bespoke visual design
  • features, integrations and an admin panel
  • preparation of content, graphics and marketing materials
  • level of automation and ongoing maintenance
06

No fine print or costly surprises

We discuss the scope, responsibilities and third-party costs before work begins.
If something cannot reasonably be predicted, we say so openly.

Third-party costsHosting, domain, paid tools and SMS or WhatsApp notification costs are shown separately.

Revision scopeWe define what the delivery includes and how changes beyond the agreed plan are handled.

Future developmentNew features can be added during or after implementation without pretending that you need everything from the start.

Ownership and accessOnce the work is complete, we hand over the agreed rights, materials, accounts and access to the solution.

Not sure what you need yet? That is a good starting point.

Tell us what you want to improve, simplify or build. We will help turn the idea into a working product—without requiring a finished specification.
